Naren James, MD
Naren James, M.D. is a graduate of Montemorelos University, class of 1987 with postgraduate residency in in Family Medicine at Saint Joseph Medical Center in Reading, PA. After a three year stint in rural family medicine in Jellico, TN he completed an additional fellowship year in Obstetrics at Family Medicine Spokane in Spokane, WA. Since his fellowship he spent 20 years in rural practice in Stanford, KY as the owner and medical director of two rural health clinics in Stanford and Liberty, KY. In the fall of 2018 he relocated to Chattanooga, TN to startup a non-profit clinic The Center for Optimal Health.
He is currently serving a second three year term as a member of the board of trustees of the Kentucky Medical Association. He is involved in his local community as president of the hospital medical staff as well as a member of the Lincoln County Ambulance Board.
Dona Cooper-Dockery, M.D.
Dr. Cooper-Dockery owns and operates Cooper Internal Medicine located in McAllen and Edinburg Texas. She has distinguished herself as one of the leading internist in the Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Cooper-Dockery is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing in the Rio Grande Valley since 1996. She received her specialty training from New York Medical College, Metropolitan Hospital Center, and her medical degree from the University Of Montemorelos Nuevo Leon Mexico, with an undergraduate degree from Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica West Indies.
Zeno L. Charles-Marcel, M.D.
Studied Physics and Physiology at McGill University then entered the Honors Program in Zoology at Howard University where he later completed his medical degree in 1980. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with Added Qualification in Geriatric Medicine in 1992. He earned a Leadership Diploma from the School Of Public Health at the University Of Arizona in 2011.
His professional activities have ranged from clinical preventive medicine to critical care practice, hospital administration, community health, medical education and research.
A sought-after public speaker and health educator through personal appearances and media, his research and academic interests are in the areas of Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine, Metabolic Syndrome, and Seventh-day Adventist health practices. He served as Dean of the Medical School and health sciences at Montemorelos University from 2002 – 2012
He is the holder of a technology-based US patent and is co-founder of the first academic Fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine in the United States. He is currently the Vice-President for Medical Affairs at Wildwood Lifestyle Center and Hospital, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Health and Healing and holds academic appointments at Montemorelos, Andrews and Loma Linda universities.
Stephen Eccles, MSc
Stephen Eccles worked for 25 years in the IT industry in technical roles at large organizations including IBM, Hewlett Packard, London Stock Exchange, CERN and two universities in the UK. He is currently in the process of re-training as a Community Chaplain undertaking graduate programs in Chaplaincy & Community Development at Andrews University, Michigan whilst developing local community-based support programs for those suffering from addiction issues.
Stephen earned a Bachelors in Statistics and Operational Research from University of Manchester and Masters degrees in Language Engineering and Computer Science from University of Manchester and Lancaster University. He was awarded Chartered IT Professional status by the British Computer Society in 2004.
Linda Carney, M.D.
Linda Carney, MD helps patients Prevent and Reverse disease with lifestyle changes, especially through implementing an anti-inflammatory, fiber-rich, nutrient dense plant-based dietary program. She also provides Medical Supervision for plant-based live-in lifestyle immersion programs. In addition, she lectures and gives seminars across the country.
